Design and develop HW, SW, and SYS-level enablement and solutions based on NXP Automotive MCU
Actively participate in the NPI process, providing expert technical assurance
Support front-line technical teams by resolving complex challenges during customer support
Work closely with key accounts to execute POC projects and drive platform-level system solutions

5+ years of R&D experience in automotive electronics, industrial control, or embedded system design
Deep understanding of microprocessor architectures and principles
Skills in embedded software development within the automotive domain
Solid grasp of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Automotive Cybersecurity concepts
Practical experience or strong knowledge of Electronic Control Unit (ECU) lifecycles
Excellent cross-team and cross-regional collaboration skills
Self-motivated with a strong desire for professional growth
Proven ability to handle multitasking under pressure
