Responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive training programs for Supply Chain Management (SCM) team members and customers including clinicians.
Create high-quality onboarding and education materials.
Manage the logistics of training delivery, overseeing the completion of training programs.
Track training compliance and outcomes.
Ensure effective communication of training materials with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to create and update training materials.
Facilitate onboarding and ongoing education sessions.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
4 years in education, change management, and/or previous experience in training and development, preferably within a supply chain, or healthcare environment.
Excellent instructional design and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using training software and tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze training data and draw actionable insights.
