Support and drive group-wide transformation and operations initiatives without direct line responsibility
Actively collaborate with country organizations, business units and local top management
Translate group strategies into concrete initiatives and ensure they are advanced in an international environment
Prepare structured decision materials, insights and clear recommendations for management committees
Help shape and further develop methods, tools and ways of working in the area of operations transformation

2–3 years of professional experience in transformation, operations, consulting or similar roles
High degree of independence, willingness to take a stand and enthusiasm for taking responsibility: You enjoy networking, proactively approach people and ask the right questions
Strong resilience and tolerance for frustration: You persist even when decisions take time
Excellent communication and presentation skills across different management levels
Analytical and structured way of working, with a good sense for stakeholders and political dynamics
Experience with OPEX, Lean or process optimization and skills in Excel, PowerPoint and ideally Power BI are an advantage
Interest in new technologies, data
and AI-based approaches in operations
Very good German and English language skills; additional CEE languages are a plus
