Own the end-to-end user experience across web, mobile, and backend systems
Analyze user behavior using analytics tools to enhance core critical metrics
Understand, define, analyze and document client requirements and struggles by conducting regular meetings
Effectively communicate the translation of requirements from business and technical sources into technical design direction using specifications, whiteboard discussions, UML modeling techniques, and more
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Payments, Customer Support, CRM, Design, and Analytics
Conduct product and market research to identify trends, innovations, and strategic opportunities
Define and execute product roadmaps
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Solution Architect, System Analyst or Product Owner in E-commerce, FinTech, iGaming industry
iGaming experience is a strong advantage
Strong proficiency in interpreting information and developing data-informed products
Skilled in translating business needs into features and product improvements
A quick learner, active listener, and clear communicator with strong presentation abilities
Experience with general security technologies, processes, and concepts
Familiarity with marketing and advertising is desirable
Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills
Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts with both technical and non-technical partners
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally
Strong business judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact initiatives
Broad experience with web applications, user journeys, and acquisition funnels
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles
Experience leading projects driven using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Ability to learn and adjust quickly to a dynamic and changing environment
Fluent in English – both written and verbal (required)
