Drive markdown management and vendor analysis to optimize category performance and profitability.
Collaborate with merchant partners to develop assortment strategies and feature planning based on data-driven analysis.
Lead post-modular performance reviews and present key financial metrics to leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Extensive experience in business analytics and data-driven decision making within merchandising environments.
Proven ability to manage complex profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities and develop financial forecasts.
Strong expertise in predictive modeling, performance analysis, and data visualization to influence strategic decisions.
Skilled in supporting supplier negotiations through financial insights and risk assessment.
Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive category-level assortment and promotional strategies.
Proficient in leveraging digital tools to enhance analytics, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
Experience mentoring and developing team members while promoting high ethical standards and integrity.
