Role Overview
- Provides loan servicing and monitoring support for corporate and commercial lending portfolios
- Delivers agreed lending/financing services as specified in the credit agreement
- Addresses customer services issues and provides advice and guidance
- Supports change management and executes routine tasks within service level agreements
- Analyzes data and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives
Requirements
- 3
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of standard desktop applications and department systems
- Understanding of business unit’s risk and regulatory requirements
- Fluent in French and English
