Orchestrate and ensure completion of all architecture (EA) work associated with the information technology portfolio.
Based on strategic planning, support and advise business partners and the value creation leader to define enterprise architecture targets and directions.
Plan and orchestrate activities required to implement and update the multi-year breakdown and sequencing of initiatives to achieve the identified targets.
Engage the appropriate architects to identify required work across architecture domains (business, application, data, technology, and security) that should be considered in the portfolio breakdown and sequencing.
Contribute to defining Beneva’s major milestones (Grands Rendez-Vous) and the work required to achieve them.
Advise and provide recommendations to the value creation leader and the business sector of your portfolio regarding work prioritization, sequencing, and issue resolution that could risk execution, ensuring architecture decisions are made in accordance with plans.
Orchestrate, align, and support the various architecture advisors responsible for performing the necessary work to deliver initiatives in the portfolio.
Lead and participate in appropriate architecture committees and boards.
Support your manager by evaluating capacity and resource profiles required to support the portfolio’s architecture work.
Document the enterprise architecture and ensure it is documented by the different architecture advisors working in your portfolio, all according to the current common architecture framework.
Participate in operationalizing Beneva’s value creation system and suggest improvements within the sector improvement office.
Participate in operationalizing the enterprise architecture governance framework, promote it, and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
10 years of relevant experience in architecture, including 5 years on large-scale projects.
Experience participating in and presenting to executive forums.
Experience designing architecture models.
Participation in consulting mandates or large-scale projects.
Knowledge of TOGAF, BIZBOK, and BABOK bodies of knowledge.
Enterprise or business architecture certification (asset).
Advanced proficiency in French and intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
