Role Overview
- Build and execute full-funnel growth strategies tailored to prop trading
- Continuously test, iterate, and scale acquisition and retention initiatives across regions
- Deep understanding of prop models including: 1-step, 2-step, and instant funding structures
- Own and optimise the full funnel: paid traffic → landing → checkout → activation → payout
- Scale affiliate and IB programs
- Collaborate with product/trading teams to improve trader experience and outcomes
- Build dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, pass rates, and cohort performance
- Design scalable growth systems across CRM, email/SMS, and retargeting
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a proprietary trading firm (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of: 1-step vs 2-step vs instant funding models
- Trader psychology (why traders pass, fail, and churn)
- High-performance acquisition funnels in prop environments
