Design and develop custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, JDBC, MID servers, etc.
Partner with stakeholders across the department to translate business needs into technical solutions
Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline IAM processes and improve operational efficiency
Create and maintain documentation for solution design, configuration, and custom development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of ServiceNow technical experience across the following areas: custom application development, Flow Designer, Workflow, Service Portal, custom integration (e.g., REST), Business Rule, Client Scripts, etc.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and good knowledge of web technologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of software development practices, concepts, and technology
Nice-to-Have: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience in Identity Access Management or related Cybersecurity field
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS)
