Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture from design through deployment, shaping scalable data models, secure access patterns, and integration strategies.
Provide hands-on technical leadership across the SDLC, ensuring delivery teams build in a way that is performant, maintainable, and compliant with IRS security and accessibility expectations.
Evaluate new platform features and AppExchange options to modernize legacy capabilities and continuously improve the overall architecture.
Requirements
Active IRS MBI or Public Trust clearance at time of application is required.
Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I Certifications are required.
At least one architect-level Certification is required (e.g., Sharing & Visibility Architect, Data Architect); Application Architect and/or System Architect Certifications are highly preferred.
8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years architecting solutions on the Salesforce platform
Deep expertise across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, plus strong working knowledge of Apex, Flow, and LWC.
Proven Salesforce integration expertise (REST/SOAP) and common middleware patterns/tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica or similar).
