Role Overview

Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic is mandatory
- German C1 or native level
- Portuguese and/or English B2 or higher
- EU ID or a valid residence permit for Portugal
- Resident in Porto or its vicinity (no relocation is provided)
- Strong diagnostic thinking and communication skills
- Motivation to transition into a technical support environment
