Role Overview
- Ensure Quality Control Business Leaders have necessary reporting tools and data
- Compile data regarding internal process effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide input to strategic decisions affecting Quality Control Operations
- Document and maintain reports and metrics for Shared Services
- Identify areas for process improvement through analysis and efficiency metrics
- Manage creation and monitoring of dashboards and profitability reports
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality control findings
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support process improvement initiatives
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management
- Collaborate with leadership and business units to deliver data visualizations and dashboards
Requirements
- High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred or 7 years related experience
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Bank profitability measures
- 3-5 years’ experience in the areas of Data Analysis and Reporting tools
- Process Analysis experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collegial, approachable, and genuine

- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral along with good presentation skills
- 3 plus years of direct experience with report generation software
- Proven experience in creating productivity/ performance dashboards
