Role Overview
- Own the measurement layer of the entire business, tracking ARR, net retention, churn, and more.
- Build and maintain SaaS metrics infrastructure including cohort retention analysis and revenue recognition schedules.
- Reconcile data between Salesforce and QuickBooks for a unified performance picture.
- Produce financial packages for leadership with variance analysis.
Requirements
- Three-plus years of experience in SaaS financial analysis, revenue operations, or FP&A at a B2B software company.
- Deeply proficient in Salesforce at a data level.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online, including revenue categorization and reconciliation workflows.
- Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
- Ability to build financial models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and data integrity.
