Role Overview
Reimagining current state architecture to create game-changing customer experiences and business outcomes
Owning the vision, strategic roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of the financial product configuration platform
Bridging technical innovation with business strategy to transform the Bank’s speed-to-market from months to days
Demonstrating proficiency in human-centered problem solving, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership
Leading and developing cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of product managers
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Experience translating business and/or data strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Deep understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data lifecycle management
Experience with large-scale data platforms, data warehousing, data lakes, or real-time data streaming technologies
Proven ability to define and drive multi-year product roadmaps
Experience collaborating with product managers, data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers as both data producers, and consumers.
