Own and manage day-to-day commercial relationships for a portfolio of client accounts
Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Develop and execute annual account plans
Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline
Partner closely with customer delivery teams to monitor client satisfaction
Ensure retention and drive measurable value realization
Represent the voice of the clients internally
Collaborate with peers and sales leadership to share best practices
Carry an annual ACV quota and hold accountability for revenue, pipeline, and forecast accuracy
Requirements
5+ years of experience building and managing client relationships
Proven track record managing commercial relationships with clients, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
Experience co-creating solutions that solve complex client problems
Demonstrated success growing client accounts
Proven experience accelerating growth within existing client accounts, including identifying expansion opportunities
Deepening executive relationships and delivering measurable results
Experience operating within a defined sales methodology
Candidates who have spent their careers in purely relationship or account management roles without these commercial mechanics will find this role challenging.
Understanding of the insurance industry is a significant plus.
Familiarity with claims processes and insurance operations is particularly valuable.
