Role Overview
Define and implement scalable, secure, AI-driven IT architectures aligned with business needs.
Research, propose, and implement AI/LLM-based automation for IT processes, support systems, and knowledge management.
Lead AI initiatives and strategy sessions, chairing technology trend discussions and quarterly IT innovation reviews.
Architect and deploy cloud-native, automation-first IT systems focused on resilience, performance, and zero-touch management.
Implement AI-powered IT service desk solutions, compliance monitoring, incident response, and proactive issue resolution.
Guide IT Operations in optimizing hardware lifecycle, SaaS platforms, and IT asset tracking through AI/automation-driven efficiency.
Collaborate closely with Security and Legal teams to align AI and IT architecture with compliance, risk management, and privacy standards.
Drive tool rationalization and consolidation projects using AI analytics.
Requirements
Solid experience in IT engineering, IT architecture and cloud-native systems with a recent, strong focus on AI, automation, and LLMs.
Experience with AI technologies like large language models (LLMs), MLOps tools, and generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini AI, Notion AI).
Practical experience building, integrating, or experimenting with AI models, LLMs, and AI-driven workflows.
Working knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including Google Workspace, Okta, JAMF, Intune, Zoom, Slack, and Cisco Meraki.
Exceptional skills in technical documentation, architecture diagramming, project planning, and execution.
Ability to explain complex technology and AI clearly and simply to all audiences.
Confident in leading executive meetings, managing AI committees, and guiding leadership teams.
Game/software development experience strongly preferred where LLMs or automation were part of the tech stack.
