Strategic and operational management and further development of the FMCG categories
Analysis of market, competitor, assortment and performance data to optimize sales and margins
Identification of trends, growth opportunities and market potentials within categories and development of assortment strategies
Independent management and development of cooperation with manufacturers, brands and suppliers
Evaluation of products, assortments and category potentials from economic and customer-oriented perspectives
Development of new concepts to expand, optimize and position the product portfolio
Ensuring availability, competitiveness and process quality across the entire value chain

Successfully completed degree with an economic/business focus or a completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant further training
At least 2 years of professional experience in purchasing, category management or product management, ideally in the FMCG sector
Solid e-commerce experience and understanding of managing fast-moving assortments in online retail
Analytical, data-driven working style with a feel for market movements, consumer trends and customer needs
Strong numerical understanding and entrepreneurial thinking with a focus on revenue, margin and growth
Structured, independent and results-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills, assertiveness and high self-initiative
Initial experience with Amazon FBA or additional marketplace/e-commerce knowledge is an advantage
Very good German and English skills (min. C1)
