Role Overview

• Ensures meaningful touchpoints in healthcare analytics
• Oversees developing, implementing, and maintaining data and analytic solutions
• Assists in setting operational priorities/objectives
• Leads tactical and strategic analytic efforts
• Drives operational excellence through data-driven intelligence
• Inspires team engagement and collaboration
• Establishes cross-functional partnerships to address complex business needs
• Liaises with clients to analyze data and provide insights
• Oversees recruitment and talent development for analytics professionals

Requirements

• Master’s degree in healthcare management/administration or equivalent experience
• CPA/CFA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics with a focus on clinical and operational performance
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Advanced usage of AI and management of AI teams
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems
• Proficiency in Epic
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Power BI
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
