This professional will be responsible for developing, improving and maintaining systems, workflows and automations, including RPA, AI agents and WhatsApp automations, ensuring quality, performance and integrations.
Diagnose and resolve issues, integrate APIs, review code, and develop and present application reports.
Interface with Sales and Post-Sales teams to deliver solutions that generate business value.
Work within Vibe Coding areas and act as a reference for innovations and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement AI agents (assistants, copilots or autonomous agents) to support commercial, operational and analytical processes, ensuring adherence to business rules and data governance.
Explore and apply new development approaches — including Python, vibe-code languages, no-code/low-code solutions and prompt-oriented orchestration tools — to accelerate digital product delivery, reduce implementation complexity and increase rapid prototyping capability for commercial and operational processes.
Continuously monitor, evaluate and optimize the performance of agents and AI models, ensuring accuracy, bias reduction, operational reliability and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Maintain high code quality standards, following best practices in programming, architecture, testing and versioning, especially in Python, JavaScript and SQL.
Propose new developments and automations focused on generating value, aligned with the main KPIs of the Sales and Post-Sales teams, including operational performance indicators.
Develop and maintain WhatsApp applications and automations, considering the environment and integrations required for the automation to operate.
Monitor, analyze and report automation performance, creating action plans to recover processes with low efficiency or high failure rates.
Act as a technical interface between Technology and the Sales and Post-Sales teams, supporting requirements understanding, documentation and post-deployment maintenance.
Maintain and optimize workflow and ticketing systems, ensuring operational efficiency and SLA compliance.
Design, document and implement integrations in an API-first architecture, ensuring security, versioning, telemetry and governance.
Raise the team’s DevOps maturity using metrics such as deployment frequency, lead time, failure rate and time to recovery.
Orchestrate and govern automations within a hyperautomation ecosystem, standardizing logs, error handling, traceability and auditing.
Ensure LGPD (Brazilian data protection law) compliance from solution design, including access controls, data minimization, anonymization and incident management.
Integrate solutions with CRM/ERP systems, enabling the Sales team with automations, structured data, dashboards and, where applicable, AI agents for efficiency and scale.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives oriented to experimentation and business metrics, documenting learnings and standardizing best practices.
Develop new applications, workflows and automations (including RPA), considering integrations with other systems and resource optimization.
Follow sprint planning, reporting status, impediments and escalation needs to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements
Mandatory education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Development, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, Visual Basic, C# and Java and other relevant languages.
Experience with automated testing (unit, integration and end-to-end).
Understanding of information security and secure development practices.
