Role Overview
- Technical support to the estimator and supervisor by preparing simpler takeoffs (e.g., light fixtures, sanitary fixtures and fittings, and wood/aluminum frames) while developing the ability to read project drawings so you can assist with more complex takeoffs.
Requirements
- Reading and interpreting project drawings;
- Understanding of estimating processes;
- Assistance in preparing technical and commercial proposals;
- Quantity takeoffs;
- Other activities related to Civil Engineering;
- Recording extras/variations in the control spreadsheet;
- Preparation (under supervision) of service scopes;
- Estimating for smaller and less complex projects;
- Completing and monitoring the services follow-up spreadsheet.
