Review manufacturer documentation and extract relevant ingredient data
Independently source and verify ingredient information, including contacting manufacturers to obtain missing or updated documentation
Accurately input and update ingredient information in Health-e Pro’s database
Set up and maintain single ingredient recipes within the system
Review and update global recipes impacted by ingredient changes (e.g., deactivated ingredients or measures, allergen updates, serving size changes)
Manage Jira tickets throughout the workflow, ensuring tasks are tracked, updated, and completed accurately
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all entries
Identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear data and flag for review
Follow defined SOPs and data entry standards
Manage assigned workload efficiently within weekly hour expectations
Maintain clear communication on progress, blockers, and questions

Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or database management
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to follow structured processes and repeatable workflows
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace with the ability to learn and navigate database systems and task management tools (e.g. Jira, Health-e Pro)
Experience working with nutrition labels, ingredient databases or menu systems, preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (required for collaboration with U.S.-based team and external partners)
