Junior Legal Counsel

Role Overview

• Coordinate with external law firms across multiple jurisdictions
• Support contract execution processes, including signature collection and document logistics
• Assist in supplier due diligence processes
• Contribute to the drafting and review of standardized agreements
• Maintain and update summaries of key commercial contracts
• Help prepare and track regulatory filings and corporate documentation
• Assist in handling consumer claims
• Monitor and review Terms & Conditions

Requirements

• Advanced law student or recent graduate
• 2 or more years of experience in a law firm or similar role
• Strong interest in corporate, contractual, and/or regulatory law
• Solid written and analytical skills both in Spanish and English
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate in a team and manage multiple priorities
• Curiosity about how legal supports business growth
• Intermediate-advanced Portuguese language skills are highly desirable.
