Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (BE/B. Tech./ME/M. Tech./ MSc or equivalent).
Overall, 12 to 15 years of work experience in delivery of Bridge Design and Asset Management schemes.
Experience in managing the delivery of bridge design, and asset management schemes in UK/Europe region.
Experience in leading assessment, strengthening, repair, and rehabilitation proposal development for concrete, steel, and masonry structures.
Experience in leading and managing the various phases of bridge design projects (e.g. optioneering, preliminary design, and detailed design stages).
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end workflows in delivery of asset management packages.
Awareness of information management requirements in accordance with ISO 19650 standards.
Experience in managing project QA/QC activities.
Demonstrable experience in bridge analysis, design, and assessment.
Knowledge of CAD/BIM manuals and relevant LOI/LOD requirements associated with different phases of design projects.
Ability to deliver high‑quality design documentation.
Excellent understanding of relevant standards (e.g. DMRB standards, Network Rail standards, Eurocodes).
