About this role
Role Overview
- Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs
- Respond to coverage questions, provide personalized advice, and make policy changes
- Proactively contact clients regarding policy renewals
- Communicate effectively with clients by phone, email, and SMS
- Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Work closely with the customer service team
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
- Progress to a senior role within our insurance team or a team lead position after your first two years with us
Requirements
- Valid AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a broker or agent
- At least 5 years of relevant customer service experience
- Proactive
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Fast learner with an interest in technology
