Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions in a supportive environment.
Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate client growth and development.
Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations, to coordinate care.
Cross-train in various departmental functions to enhance operational flexibility and support team efficiency.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Valid and active LPC license or equivalent in the state.
Minimum of two (2) years of direct counseling or facilitation experience in a mental health setting.
Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and create a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and handle challenging situations with professionalism and grace.
