Requirements
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including CFO or VP of Finance roles.
Experience as a finance leader at a PE-backed company, with understanding of board reporting, investor reporting, and sponsor expectations.
Deep operational finance capabilities: monthly close, FP&A, budgeting, cash management, and audit coordination.
Demonstrated experience leading or managing accrual accounting conversions from cash basis, including ASC 606 revenue recognition policy development, historical financial restatement, and coordination with outside audit firms. This is a critical near-term project and candidates without direct experience managing this type of conversion will be at a significant disadvantage.

Strong communication skills for board presentations, lender negotiations, and cross-functional coordination.
