Provide timely detection, identification, & alert of possible attacks/intrusions, anomalous activities, & misuse activities & distinguish these from benign activities.
Operate Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) technology; collect & analyze log & event data; & detect, alert, & report on potential security threats or incidents.
Use cyber defense tools & collect data to analyze events & mitigate threats.
Analyze identified malicious activity to determine weaknesses exploited, exploitation methods, & effects on system & information.
Requirements
Must be eligible to participate in a SkillBridge program.
Must have 90 days of military service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge and have at least 180 continuous days of active military service (as defined by the DOD SkillBridge eligibility requirements).
Must have approval from your unit commander to participate in a SkillBridge program (as defined by the DOD SkillBridge eligibility requirements).
Active Secret Clearance required
U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance.
