As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses.
You will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor – from acquiring, building and managing client relationships to considering a client’s complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions.
Once you have reached your key milestones, you will begin working in a financial center where you will help to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care.
You’ll interact with banking customers, small business owners and higher net worth clients alike.
Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
Requirements
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
Spanish speaking.
