About this role

leading the team responsible for identifying, evaluating and signing prospective clients for the Employee Banking and Investing Program
engaging with corporate clients and senior executives across all lines of business to build relationships
understanding and presenting program benefits
managing contracts and coordinating approvals across Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams
being the key liaison with executives to drive additional business and help present on the EBI business
conducting client research and preparing for meetings to effectively present program benefits

Experience in business development or client development roles
Extensive knowledge of and network across corporate and/or commercial banking
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a portfolio of clients and drive engagement
Proven track record in prospecting, relationship building, and closing successful transactions
Strong professional sales skills, including strategic planning, execution, and follow-up
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strong executive presence and relationships across enterprise
Strong public speaking skills with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences
Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
