Role Overview
Coordinate and monitor highly sensitive aspects of the DoD or other industrial security programs and other security activities
Ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures
Conduct highly sensitive security briefings
Coordinate all security education programs
Act as primary liaison with upper management and outside agencies
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing security requirements for sensitive security programs, including the DoD
Experience managing COMSEC
Experience managing DoD Open Storage Areas
Knowledge of DoD security systems or databases, including DISS
Knowledge of Title 32 of the Code of Federal Regulations (32 CFR), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD), and DoD security requirements
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Experience using Microsoft Office software applications
Ability to be highly detail-oriented
Ability to be highly flexible and motivated
Excellent judgment, decision-making, teamwork, and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree
Completion of the DCSA or CDSE Facility Security Officer (FSO) Program Management for Possessing Facilities Course
