Legal Intelligence & Research Attorney – Part-Time, Contract

Role Overview

• Utilize Westlaw, LexisNexis, Accurint, and similar tools to analyze litigation activity and court dockets.
• Identify active cases, involved attorneys, and expert witness usage.
• Generate actionable leads based on case activity and attorney engagement.
• Assist in monitoring potential violations of contractual agreements by network experts.
• Provide research and investigative support to the company’s collections attorney.
• Serve as a credible legal reference when needed for verification or outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) required (licensed or non-practicing attorneys welcome)
• Experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, Accurint, or similar legal research tools
• Strong analytical, investigative, and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with litigation processes and court docket research
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, part-time capacity
