Role Overview
- Define and implement sales quality frameworks for onshore and offshore teams
- Monitor and optimize quality of sales interactions
- Conduct QA audits and calibrations
- Collect and analyze Voice of the Customer insights
- Develop SOPs and reporting for continuous improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Quality Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales quality or process improvement
- Ability to define and implement sales quality frameworks
- Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Experience reviewing sales interactions and conducting QA audits
- Proficient with business and quality tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
