Perform Epic application system analysis and design to include requirements, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation of systems
Provide Epic application support, troubleshooting, training, and reporting activities
Serve as a liaison between employer groups, clients, and vendors
Conduct analysis of Epic application design and assist with resolution of issues
Plan and conduct requirements gathering for Epic projects and requests
Develop reference materials for supported applications and related technologies

Associates degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business or equivalent experience required
5 years of related Epic Inpatient experience
EpicCare Inpatient certification
Epic Orders certification
