You strengthen software development teams in the consistent application of Scrum or LeSS, contributing to increased productivity and higher quality.
You actively improve information flow and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
Through coaching and mentoring, you promote the further development of the team’s agile working practices.
You independently identify impediments and develop appropriate solutions.
You support the team in self-organization and in achieving sprint goals.
Together with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, you drive the development and company-wide optimization of agile practices and ensure a common, clearly aligned approach.
Requirements
You hold a university degree.
You have more than three years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development projects.
Strong communication skills as well as pronounced coaching and facilitation abilities are among your strengths.
You have a solid understanding of agile values, principles and practices and can explain and establish them.
Ideally, you also have experience as a project manager or business analyst.
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
