About this role

Support financial reporting and analysis with focus on accuracy, clarity and relevance
Monitor actual versus target cost center spending while highlighting trends and cost saving opportunities
Develop and refine financial models to support site forecasting and budgeting processes
Present financial results and insights to finance and non-finance business partners
Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to site leadership
Support month-end close (accruals, reconciliations, variance reporting, etc.)
Support Capital Expenditure planning, forecasting and reporting
Contribute to continuous improvement finance initiatives including system and reporting enhancements

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, manufacturing industry preferred.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
High proficiency in MS Excel and Office.
Working knowledge of ERP (SAP preferred) and BI systems
Strong written and verbal communication
Self-starter willing to work proactively and independently to resolve issues
