Role Overview

• Conduct technical audits to provide recommendations and implement technical solutions tailored to client needs
• Implement and administer infrastructure solutions in collaboration with architects
• Manage migrations and deployments
• Provide incident support and coordinate crisis response teams
• Train and assist teams on implemented tools
• Manage KPIs
• Write and update infrastructure documentation
• Perform on-call duties as needed.
