Work on challenging and rewarding Finance Transformation – EPM engagements with multidisciplinary teams
Advise clients on optimizing financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and dashboards
Conduct organizational diagnostics on finance and performance management processes
Define business requirements for OneStream application configuration and implementation
Support the design, build, migration, and testing of OneStream multi-dimensional data models
Configure OneStream components
Develop OneStream input templates, reports, and analytical dashboards
Support data integration and import processes
Implement OneStream calculations leveraging business rules and formulas
Prepare, review, and contribute to high-quality engagement deliverables
Identify, monitor, and help resolve project issues and risks
Work within Agile project delivery environments for EPM implementation initiatives
Establish credibility with existing and new clients

Working in a professional services environment (a combination of industry, management consulting, and/or software implementation)
Hands-on experience with one or more EPM platforms, including OneStream, Oracle, Anaplan, Tagetik, Board, Adaptive, etc.
Managing and executing large finance, enterprise, and/or data architecture transformation programs
Leading or contributing to the design, build, migration, and testing of OneStream for multi-dimensional data models;
Leading the configuration of OneStream, including but not limited to: Workflows, Data Sources, Transformation Rules, Business Rules and Calculations, Dashboards, Data Management Sequences, Cube/Master Data, and System Security
Understanding of core accounting areas, including Performance Management, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay
Possessing a client service orientation
Working in an Agile project management environment for tool implementation projects
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends
OneStream or any EPM tool certifications and/or credentials are an asset.
