Understand customer Payroll, Time tracking, Absence and broader business requirements and how they align to Workday functionality
Plan and design the best and most optimal solution for the client
Lead the configuration of the designed Workday solution to meet the customers’ Payroll, Time tracking, Absence related and broader business requirements
Participate in sales cycles in estimating project costs and efforts
Requirements
Minimum of 4 Full Implementation cycles and technical support experience for an HCM / Payroll Management Solution
Demonstrated experience in Payroll, Time tracking and Absence in a Consulting role
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization
Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills
