Role Overview
- Review existing proposal and response content in Responsive for accuracy, relevance, and clarity
- Edit and rewrite content to improve readability, consistency, and alignment with style guidelines
- Identify outdated, duplicate, or unused content and support cleanup, consolidation, and archiving efforts
- Apply standardized naming conventions, tags, and metadata to improve searchability and reuse
- Assist with light content writing, summaries, and content standardization as needed
- Document content gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with full-time team members to understand content usage and priorities
- Follow established content governance and quality standards
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Strong written communication and editing skills
- High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or errors
- Comfortable working with written content in digital tools or content management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes
- Experience with content cleanup, editing, or writing projects preferred
- Familiarity with proposal writing, RFP responses, or business writing preferred
- Interest in healthcare, technology, or enterprise software preferred
- Experience with tools such as Responsive, SharePoint, Highspot, or similar platforms (not required)
