About this role

Plan and conduct user research across our Hybrid Intelligence Product Loop, from diagnosis through validation
Synthesize user insights into decision-ready foundations for product owners and product teams
Advise our clients
Responsible for expanding and automating our design and research pipeline using AI tools
Translate research findings into UX concepts, flows, and testable prototypes
Work closely with Product, Strategy, and Development teams
Take an active role in ensuring quality standards

4–7 years of experience in UX design and user research for digital products (web, SaaS, dashboards, apps)
Solid experience planning, conducting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, usability tests, surveys)
Strong conceptual and analytical thinking
Strong customer focus and excellent consulting skills
Experience with common AI tools
Proficient with Figma and common research and prototyping tools
Experienced in collaborative work with product teams
Fluent German and English are required
