• Support our team in its varied day-to-day activities.
• Take responsibility for implementing a professional applicant management process and for creating and publishing our job advertisements.
• Additionally, support the team in executing marketing activities and maintaining our online presence.
• Apply your skills to the preparation and execution of assessment centers.

Requirements

• You are enrolled in a business-related degree program, e.g., Business Administration or Business Psychology.
• You have an open and personable character.
• You approach your varied responsibilities with motivation and a goal-oriented attitude.
• You possess strong organizational skills.
• You bring high levels of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, and you can independently familiarize yourself with new topics.
• In interactions with colleagues and managers, you demonstrate team spirit, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
• You are confident in using MS Office applications.
