As part of a multi-member After Sales & Maintenance team, you independently provide competent advice and support to customers by phone and email
You serve as the liaison between internal inside-sales and field-sales teams and external partners
You are responsible for service and maintenance quotations and order processing
You commission and schedule external service providers
You analyze and process incoming fault reports and manage them and service requests in the ticketing system
You contribute to the development and optimization of customer service processes
As Deputy Team Leader, you support the Team Leader and cover for them during their absence
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., wholesale and foreign trade clerk, freight forwarding clerk) or equivalent qualification, ideally combined with an affinity for technical products
Experience in Customer Service / project management and in coordinating/dispatching external service providers
Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills, enjoyment of telephone-based customer contact and interaction with demanding, international customers/partners, presenting a professional and reliable demeanor
Very good German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills, with routine use of common MS Office applications and ERP systems
A hands-on mentality combined with an independent, highly conscientious and results-oriented working style, plus teamwork skills and composure even under a high workload
