Degree/training in graphic/communication design, media design, or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of relevant design experience (agency or in-house) — portfolio/work samples required
Strong understanding of social platforms & formats (especially Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their requirements (safe areas, readability, hook logic, format sizes)
Confident with Adobe Creative Cloud (esp. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma and Canva
Strong in typography, layout, visual language, CI/CD and "design under time pressure" (without quality loss)
High quality standards + pragmatic speed
Self-organization, prioritization, clean work across parallel projects
Team-oriented, receptive to feedback, solution-focused
Curious about trends (without blindly following every hype)
Nice-to-have (motion is the future — not a dealbreaker): After Effects / Premiere / CapCut (basics) or strong interest to learn
Understanding of how design variants support paid social/testing (no performance marketing skills required)
Photo/video basics (look & feel, clean exports)
