Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close.
Build and execute strategic account plans with clear commercial objectives, stakeholder maps, and risk mitigation strategies.
Create customer narratives, using Google Slides to create presentations.
Develop multi-threaded executive and operational relationships across retail customers.
Identify expansion and network growth opportunities across multi-site and enterprise environments.
Partner proactively with Customer Success to protect renewals, mitigate risk, and maximise lifetime value.
Translate customer insight into structured feedback for Product and Marketing.
Maintain rigorous forecasting discipline and high CRM hygiene within Salesforce.
Navigate pricing discussions, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations with confidence.
Represent Auror credibly at industry events and strengthen our position in the Australian retail market.
Requirements
Experience in a SaaS business within Account Executive, Account Management, or hybrid commercial roles, supporting enterprise companies.
Demonstrated experience owning a quota across both new business and expansion.
A track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Experience managing enterprise or multi-site customers.
Strong commercial acumen: you understand margin, pipeline mechanics, and deal strategy.
Bias to collaboration, with experience partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Legal.
Benefits
Competitive salary range: Depending on level of experience, a base salary of between $120,000
$160,000 (IC4), with an OTE of between $200,000
$267,000 (60:40 split between base salary and incentive).
