Maintain a high-performance, fault-tolerant, secure, and scalable platform and infrastructure
Drive architectural improvements and standardization across infrastructure environments
Take responsibility for the overall engineering lifecycle, including design, implementation, and testing
Implement security protocols and monitoring systems to ensure platform integrity, data protection, and risk reduction
Develop and enhance automated processes for releasing new solutions into the live environment
Develop and implement infrastructure solutions that improve system performance and security

3+ years of experience in Windows Server management
Strong analytical and OS-level troubleshooting skills
Platform, automation, and security-first mindset
Strong experience supporting Azure-based platforms and services
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, SCCM, and PowerShell scripting
Proven experience in patch management including planning, deployment, validation, and rollback strategies
Experience with managing client GPOs is a plus
Experience contributing to or leading technical projects
