A track record of performance, ownership and drive
Strong conceptual and structured problem solving
A sharp business sense understanding business models, value drivers and P&L dynamics across fixed and mobile products
Experience with and a passion for uncovering and conveying insights modeling business cases, structuring data, and crafting storylines
A proactive mindset toward automating and improving your own workflows, using tools and scripting where relevant
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Must be fluent in Norwegian.
