Build, hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of SDRs
Consistently coach the team, ensure the adoption of best practices, and keep them motivated to surpass quotas
Develop and execute innovative strategies for outbound lead generation to achieve sales targets
Set clear goals and KPIs for the team
Regularly report on individual and team performance, and precisely forecast for monthly and quarterly quota attainment
Monitor and optimize all outbound activities and processes
Implement effective lead nurturing processes to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the SDR team
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
Minimum of 2 years in an SDR Manager role (or similar)
Demonstrable experience managing SDRs focused on the US market
Must be willing to work US Central shift hours from our Bangalore office
Verifiable track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results and achieving sales targets in enterprise sales (Accounts with more than 5k employees)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
A fair understanding of sales performance metrics
Determined personality with a desire to grow and win
Infectious enthusiasm and a self-starter mentality
Ability to thrive in the ambiguity of a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience working with CRM (bonus points for HubSpot or Salesforce) and other sales tools
Bonus points for experience working on ABM platform or Intent platforms (like Demand Base, 6Sense, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
