About this role
Role Overview
Resolve operational challenges for our partners
Serve as the primary liaison between teams and internal clients, ensuring smooth communication
Handle operational incidents and manage them end-to-end
Contribute to the evolution of partner services by collecting, prioritizing, and tracking their requests
Resolve technical issues in support of development teams
Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure operational excellence of our system
Advise business stakeholders on the feasibility and value of potential functional enhancements.
Requirements
You are pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Engineering (or equivalent) at a university or engineering school
You are recognized for strong interpersonal skills and a genuine aptitude for teamwork
You have a fluent command of English.
