Learning Consultant, IT Infrastructure

Role Overview

• You design and deliver workshops, webinars, end-user trainings and advisory sessions with a focus on IT infrastructure for cooperative banks.
• You develop training and consulting concepts and integrate them into the overall training/consulting portfolio. This also includes preparing and producing participant materials.
• Your responsibilities also include quality assurance of trainings and the development of measures to optimize them.
• You are passionate about methodology and didactics, which you apply when creating trainings, and you contribute to the development of new digital learning formats.
• You enjoy knowledge transfer, present confidently and are willing to travel.

Requirements

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Educational Sciences, plus banking knowledge or an equivalent qualification.
• You have strong knowledge and experience in knowledge transfer and adult education, as well as broad expertise in IT infrastructure, networking and cloud technologies.
• Good knowledge of bank-specific infrastructure and administration of users and groups in banking networks and cloud infrastructure.
• You have a strong customer and market orientation and the ability to independently familiarize yourself with new subject areas.
• You demonstrate pronounced independent and responsible thinking and acting and are prepared for a high level of travel.
