You design and deliver workshops, webinars, end-user trainings and advisory sessions with a focus on IT infrastructure for cooperative banks.
You develop training and consulting concepts and integrate them into the overall training/consulting portfolio. This also includes preparing and producing participant materials.
Your responsibilities also include quality assurance of trainings and the development of measures to optimize them.
You are passionate about methodology and didactics, which you apply when creating trainings, and you contribute to the development of new digital learning formats.
You enjoy knowledge transfer, present confidently and are willing to travel.
Requirements
You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Educational Sciences, plus banking knowledge or an equivalent qualification.
You have strong knowledge and experience in knowledge transfer and adult education, as well as broad expertise in IT infrastructure, networking and cloud technologies.
Good knowledge of bank-specific infrastructure and administration of users and groups in banking networks and cloud infrastructure.
You have a strong customer and market orientation and the ability to independently familiarize yourself with new subject areas.
You demonstrate pronounced independent and responsible thinking and acting and are prepared for a high level of travel.
