As a Senior Event Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d) at our Berlin office, you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from small, intimate gatherings to large-scale productions.
Your varied roles: Implementer/Producer: You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality — delivering unique events and satisfied clients.
Consultative advisor: You build and maintain relationships with clients in your projects, provide tailored guidance and lead project meetings.
Organizational talent: You coordinate and manage all suppliers involved in your events and plan the resource allocation for your project teams.
Commercial responsibility: You price new proposals, monitor budgets and handle project billing — including reporting and documentation.
Idea generator: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial/business training or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting and leading small teams
Confident communication in German and English (spoken and written)
Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and commercial/business acumen
Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)
